People are odd. Sometimes they confuse the hell out of me, sometimes I know exactly what they mean without them even saying a word.
What is it with humans that makes them so unable to communicate that which they do not truly understand themselves...
Also, I have now acquired 62 fanmixes. I think I have some catching up to do on my fanmix creating... I've made only one of those 62... >.<

Woot, writing.
Well I'm starting to work on my damn books again. Finally. At least they work sort of again now. You know, I hate it when there are those strings of time where I just can't get any writing done.

OO! I get first post! First post! First... wait a minute. This is MY blog anyway...
Well I'm new to this blogger thing, but I've been on LiveJournal for ages.
Lets start with the name of my blog.
I'm a slash fan. Anyone who knows about the world of FanFiction understands that. Anyone who understands a slash fan, also knows what derogatory things can come with it.
I've been labeled as a "pesky, vagina hating slasher; always whining and complaining when a icky girl gets in the way of obvious slash." The problem is, just because I'm a slash fan, doesn't mean I don't like het.
Getting labeled like that was something I didn't see coming. I had been happily engaged in the "slash fandom" for at least 7 years when I first saw it. Then I saw that maybe some of the jokes hadn't been that funny along the way.
So here I am now. I've decided to take this and run with it. My own personal joke against them for labeling me - just like always. Even back in what, 8th grade? People started calling me Ducky because they decided that a McDonalds happy meal doll toy looked like me - they meant it to be cruel and derogatory. When they said that it wasn't a good thing, I told them, "I don't care. I like it." So this is my way of telling the people who hate on us Slashers that, in reguards for their nickname for us..
I don't care. I like it.
